  2. Account Registration and Eligibility

  3. 30-Day Trial and Subscription Packs

    • Upon registration, eligible businesses receive a 30-day trial period to get to know our products, services, and customer support.
    • After the trial, businesses will be assigned to a subscription pack: Silver, Gold, or Platinum, with benefits and discounts applied throughout the year. Pack assignment considers factors such as order volume and timely payment.
    • Packs are currently offered free of charge, but we reserve the right to change our policy at any time. Renewal fees may be introduced at our discretion, with prior notice provided to account holders.
  4. Order Placement and Acceptance

    • All orders placed on mymeatshopbusiness.co.uk are subject to product availability and acceptance.
    • We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified, and any payments for unfulfilled items will be refunded in full to your account balance.
    • Customers will receive order confirmation via email and SMS once the order has been processed.
  5. Payment Terms

    • Payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  6. Delivery Terms

    • Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2 PM will be processed and despatched the same day, with delivery the following day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next day.
    • No deliveries are available on Sundays. Saturday deliveries incur an additional cost starting from £10.
    • Customers will receive delivery updates via email and SMS, including order status updates at each stage (on hold, paid, processed, despatched, and completed).
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel during the delivery slot. If no one is available, our third-party courier will leave the parcel in a safe place as indicated by the customer and will not return the parcel to the depot.
    • mymeatshopbusiness.co.uk is responsible for replacing parcels that are damaged or destroyed by third-party couriers during transit. We are not responsible for any indirect losses, loss of business, or profit due to missing or delayed deliveries.
  7. Refunds and Cancellations

    • Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are despatched. Once the order has been shipped, no changes or cancellations are possible.
    • Refunds are only available if the request is made before despatch. After delivery, no refunds will be issued.
    • Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds and exchanges are not permitted after delivery unless there is a verifiable quality issue. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We may request photographic evidence or other documentation to process your claim.
