Ingredients & allergens

Ingredients: WHEAT flour (wheat flour 75%, Wildfarmed wheat flour 25%, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamin), water, fermented WHEAT flour, yeast, rapeseed oil, salt.
Allergens: Wheat (gluten). May contain barley, egg, milk and rye.

Preparation guidelines & shelf life

Defrost: ambient 2–4 hours or refrigerated (+1°C to +5°C) ~6 hours/overnight (covered). Once defrosted: keep refrigerated and cook within ~12 hours. From defrost: allow to prove to 1.5–2× size, press out, top and bake.
