Add a rich, warming smoke flavour to your food with Bourbon Oak wood chips, ideal for BBQs and smokers. Perfect for creating that deep oak aroma with a subtle sweet, barrel-style note—great for brisket, ribs, burgers, lamb, chicken, salmon, and smoked vegetables.

Supplied in a 5kg bag, this is a practical size for regular service, catering, or frequent weekend BBQ use.

How to use

  • Charcoal BBQs / smokers: sprinkle a handful directly onto hot coals.

  • Gas / electric BBQs: use a smoker box or make a loose foil pouch with a few holes, then place over heat.

  • Optional: soak chips in water for 20–30 minutes for a slower, longer smoke (dry chips give a faster smoke hit).
