Traditional thin pastry filled with seasoned halal minced beef and potato (pomme de terre). Supplied par-fried for speed so kitchens can finish-fry or bake on site to serve hot and crisp.

Packaging: individually wrapped; blast frozen.
Shelf life: 5 days chilled / 6 months frozen.
Preparation: finish in a fryer or hot oven from chilled/frozen until crisp and piping hot (≥75 °C).
