Gold Pack — Terms & Conditions

Shared Terms (apply to all Packs)

  1. Definitions

    • Supplier / we / us: Al Mawashi UK Limited, trading as MyMeatShop Business.

    • Client / you: The registered business account holder approved for a Pack.

    • Pack: Your membership tier (Silver, Gold, Platinium, Franchise, or Partnership).

    • Eligible Products: Products available under your Pack; exclusions may apply (promotions, clearance, thirdparty items, or where stated on product pages).

  2. Eligibility & Account Setup

    • Wholesale access is available to bonafide business customers only. Maintain accurate company details (legal name/number, VAT where applicable), billing, delivery and contact information at all times.

    • We may request verification documents and may approve, refuse, or revoke access at our discretion.

  3. Orders, Minimums & Fair Use

    • You must meet the minimum order requirement for your Pack (see Pack Snapshot). Packs with no minimum are subject to operational feasibility and fairuse protections.

    • We may limit quantities, split or consolidate shipments, or decline orders where stock, safety, compliance, payment risk, or delivery constraints apply.

    • Pack discounts apply only to Eligible Products and cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated.

  4. Pricing & Changes

    • Prices are quoted exVAT unless stated. We may update pricing, product lists, or Pack benefits; changes apply on publication to the website or written notice.

    • Obvious pricing errors are not binding.

  5. Payment Terms

    • Accepted payment methods are listed in your Pack Snapshot. Payment is due at order placement unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.

    • Late or failed payments may result in order holds or suspension of benefits.

  6. Late Payment, Interest & Costs

    • On overdue sums we may charge statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, plus reasonable recovery costs.

    • We may suspend or terminate your Pack and ordering privileges until all balances are cleared.

  7. Delivery, Risk & Title

    • Delivery terms and any charges are confirmed at checkout or in your quotation. Packs that include free delivery will be charged £0 for qualifying orders within the covered service area; surcharges may apply outside normal routes.

    • Risk in goods passes on delivery. Title remains with us until payment in full for those goods is received.

  8. Quality, Shortages & Returns (Perishables)

    • For chilled/frozen and other perishables, please inspect on delivery. Report shortages or quality issues within 24 hours with photos and the delivery note.

    • Where we verify a nonconformity, we may, at our discretion, replace, credit, or refund the affected items.

    • Due to the perishable nature of goods, returns are not accepted unless required by law or agreed in writing.

  9. Use of Benefits & Misuse

    • Pack benefits are nontransferable and intended solely for your business’s own use. Resale of benefits, account sharing, or other misuse may result in suspension or termination.

  10. Suspension & Termination

    • You may cancel your Pack with 30 days’ notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach (e.g., nonpayment, misuse, fraud, or regulatory/safety concerns).

    • Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations, including payment for delivered goods.

  11. Data Protection

    • Each party must comply with applicable dataprotection laws. See our Privacy Notice for details on how we process your data.

  12. Liability

    • Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

    • Otherwise, our aggregate liability for losses in connection with your Pack and orders is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or business interruption.

  13. Force Majeure

    • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, transport disruptions, supply shortages, regulatory actions, strikes, or utility failures).

  14. Changes to These Terms

    • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of your Pack after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms (and any noncontractual obligations) are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Pack Snapshot

  • Discount: 5% off Eligible Products

  • Minimum Order: £500 per order

  • Accepted Payments: Card (credit/debit), GoCardless (Direct Debit), iwocaPay, Clearpay, Bank Transfer

  • Benefits: Midtier wholesale access with applied discount

    Special Notes

  • Standard delivery terms apply (no freedelivery entitlement unless separately agreed).
