Ecolab Absorbit Tabs are heavy-duty, high-alkaline fryer cleaning tablets designed to cut through built-up grease, carbon, and oil residue with minimal effort. These professional-grade cleaning tablets act as a powerful emulsifier, ensuring a deep clean that extends fryer oil life and improves equipment performance.

A 3 kg tub contains approximately 150 x 20g tablets, with 1–2 tablets used per clean depending on fryer size and level of soiling. This means each tub delivers around 75–150 fryer cleans.

Directions for Use:

1. Drain oil from fryer and remove food debris.

2. Fill fryer with warm water to the oil fill line.

3. Add 1–2 tablets depending on fryer size and soiling.

4. Turn on fryer and heat water to 80–90°C.

5. Allow to boil for 20 minutes.

6. Drain solution and rinse thoroughly with clean water before refilling with oil.
