These natural lamb casings are sourced from our own halal, non-stunned lambs, ensuring complete traceability and ethical handling. Salted and vacuum-packed for hygiene and shelf life, they are ideal for small-to-medium sausages with a traditional handmade finish.

Each pouch contains approximately 70 metres of mixed-calibre casings (18–24mm) and produces around 20–25kg of sausage. Ready to rinse, soak, and use.
