Pull-apart halal beef, cooked low and slow (brisket), then shredded and finished in its natural jus for maximum flavour and moisture. Fully cooked and portion-controlled at 150 g for flexible use — ideal in baguettes, bowls, loaded fries, tacos, pizzas or salads.

Packaging: vacuum pouch; blast frozen.
Shelf life: 5 days chilled / 6 months frozen.
Preparation: from chilled, pan/plancha 60–90 sec; from frozen 3–5 min. Heat until piping hot (≥75 °C), season and serve.
